Processing Time: All orders are processed, quality-checked, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery to the US typically takes 7 to 12 business days.
Please note: Total delivery time = Processing time + Transit time. Estimated delivery dates are delivery windows, not absolute guarantees, as weather conditions or customs delays may occasionally occur.
2. Tracking Your Order
Once your package is shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you automatically. You can track your package's journey directly through our website or via major carrier networks (USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.). Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
3. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at the time of checkout. CurliPaws is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

If a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect address, insufficient delivery details, or failure to collect the package from the local post office, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fees.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
CurliPaws is not liable for products damaged, lost, or stolen during transit once the carrier marks the package as "Delivered." If you believe your package is lost or was stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to file an official claim.
