Return Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict criteria:

  • Unused & Brand New: The product must be in the exact same condition that you received it—completely unused, unwashed, and free of any pet hair, dander, odor, or signs of wear. Due to strict hygiene and pet safety regulations, we cannot accept any items that have come into contact with an animal.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, unopened, and intact vacuum-sealed compression packaging. Once the vacuum seal is broken or opened, the item is no longer eligible for a return or refund.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are fully responsible for paying all return shipping costs to our designated fulfillment center. Shipping fees, customs duties, or handling charges from your original purchase are non-refundable.

  • Trackable Shipping: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we cannot process refunds for items lost in transit during the return process.
